Basic Web Template Configuration

Details: This is an easy project but please read carefully and fully understand all details. You will be supplied with a W3C validated template, it must remain W3C validated. 1) You will be given five content pages in Word format to input into the five pages for the website. 2) You must rename the CSS file to the keyword we give you. 3) You will be required to name the Five page URLs based on what we tell you. 4) You will need to reconfigure the top and side navigation menu on the template and apply it to all 5 pages. 5) You will need to input one image on each page and set the Alt tag for that image to the keyword we tell you. (we will supply you images) *Make sure all work is uploaded to our server, inform us so we can create your 1st milestone payment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Continue... 6) You will need to re-name the images based upon the keywords we tell you. 7) Create a compelling meta description based upon the keywords I give you. 8) Create a compelling Unique page title for each page based on the keywords I give you. 9) You will be required to upload completed template to our server. 10) Adjust .htaccess file we give you for canonical error www fix: (you will simply need to input the correct domain name) 11) Create an xml sitemap using [login to view URL] (Set frequency to weekly, Set Priority to automatic priority) TERMS & PAYMENT: We must keep on a tight schedule. We are looking for a turnaround time of no more than 2 business days (48 hours) from project acceptance. Should by chance you Not complete by deadline you agree to a 20% deduction of your final fee for each day you go past deadline. Milestone Payment will only be created after step 5 is complete. Upon total project completion milestone and final fee will be released. You will be given ftp details upon acceptance and may start right away.
