Yahoo Store Design + RHTML

I am planning to open a Yahoo Store (Ystore). A friend of mine designed a template for my store that I like very much, but he is not proficient in RTML. I am looking for someone to convert the existing HTML into RTML. This will include translating HTML to RTML and then uploading and applying the template for category page, new products page and product description and search result page... Need RTML SEO Enhancements for our Yahoo Store. If you do not know how to do RTML Programming it will be very difficult for you to do SEO For Our Yahoo Store as it is all RTML Coded Based. If you know RTML Programming we need SEO Services (To Increase traffic) as well as RTML Tweaks on the site such as putting another Add to cart button on top of each product page. And Also we need Pagination (page1-2-3-4-5) for each product page that exceeds 10 items per page. That is it. If you can do this with RTML then that is great! Thank you.
