PSD To BigCommerce Template

I need a template made for my Big Commerce site.
The website has been designed and is in PSD format. I've attached images of each of the pages required.
This job is specifically to take the PSD files and create a fully functioning BigCommerce template that integrates with the BigCommerce system. All graphics and design are provided.
The result must be SEO friendly and cross browser compliant, and must link into the BigCommerce features.
You must have good english and communication skills, and have had experience with BigCommerce before. Please provide live examples of BigCommerce templates you have created.
This should be a straight forward project to anyone with experience, and I would like it completed in a short timeframe.
