Metro admin template

We are looking for a Windows Metro themed admin template. Something akin to this, but with Metro look and feel: [login to view URL] The template must contain: - All the normal elements of an admin template (login, dashboard, reports, forms, etc; see the above mentioned Starlight admin template). - Plus 2 special requirements: * Step-by-step wizard (as in the Forms\Wizard of the above mentioned Starlight admin template) * Charms menu that can be attached to the left or top of the screen) Technical requirements: - Responsive web design (work well from small tablets to large monitors) - Framework: Twitter Bootstrap - LESS: use for colors, fonts, etc (provide at least 2 different color schemes to choose from) - jQuery: can contain common and well supported components Target devices: Must work well with IE 7+ browsers, all modern desktop browsers and tablets (project using the template will be targeted for company environments) We will provide all the necessary resources (purchase the required fonts, icons, etc). We are looking for a quality result with a well thought technical implementation (file/folder structure, CSS naming conventions, etc). Template must be geared towards re-usability, as there will be ASP.NET MVC coders who will implement this template in projects. They are not professional frontend web designers.
