Single web page design
Budget $100-300 USD
I am looking for 2 page template designs in simple HTML, which I will use as the basis of a multi-page site, which will be promoting tickets for concerts and similar events. One page will be the homepage, and one will be the basis of all the individual artist pages.
Individual artist page
The site will be geared towards SE traffic, so appropriate use of heading tags etc will be paramount (the actual content in the tags is less important, as we will be changing these for each page). I will also supply various affiliate advert formats which must be incorporated into the design (dummy adsense, amazon and ebay affiliate banners can be supplied for your use as placeholders)
The page must look fresh and modern, with a web 2.0 feel, friendly and accesible, with good use of white space, while remaining relevant to a young, concert-going audience.
The content of the page needs to be as follows (for the purposes of this spec, we will use Robbie Williams as the artist name, and London as the location
A generic site banner (770px approx)
Picture of the artist
Information about the artist (approx 200 words- use placeholder text as we will add this later)
Large eBay results page (will be supplied as javascript)
Adsense to left hand side (placeholder banners can be supplied)
Amazon affiliate banner at bottom (placeholder banner can be supplied)
A 'join our mailing list' form
A 'search for event' box
Homepage
Using the same motifs as the artist page (ie banner, adsense, amazon aff), with placeholder text as an intro to the site
Links to an FAQ page
Links to a about us page
Links to an articles page
Links to a definitions page
Links to a seating charts page
As you can see, most of the elements will be supplied, and there is a basic HTML framework which can be supplied to you- what we need is some cool modern design which respects current web trends. This is definitely more of a design project than a coding project.
For inspiration, a similar kind of site (though ours would be much less fucntionality- just look at the design motifs)
