Job Description:
It is troublesome to complete all the company incorporation documents with the government and for satisfying tedious compliance requirements. We aim at disrupting the current practice, namely, paying a company secretary to take care of all the tedious paper work, by automating the entire workflow into a web-based portal which allows startups or small companies to take care of all company incorporation and annual reporting and governance documents through this user friendly and intuitive web-based portal.
We are looking for a freelancer who has the full stack capability to develop, deploy and operate this portal. It is a fun project while the technical capability is the key feature for us to solicit this freelancer. We look forward to working closely with such a talented and passionate freelancer, and together we bring this disrupting new application to the market as early as possible.
Preferably to have someone who is based in Hong Kong and can read Chinese.
