I share the e-mail that explains our problem in detail and sent to authorized places by replacing some personal information with an example (IP block [login to view URL], [login to view URL]). Our problem is we cannot send any e-mail to [login to view URL](.tr etc.) or [login to view URL] domains. E-mails sent could not be delivered even as spam. I guess our IP is blacklisted but I do not see any reason to that.
We just started to operate and sent e-mails to [login to view URL] (my personal e-mail) and @[login to view URL] (my co-worker's personal e-mail). At first, our mails from *[login to view URL] to our personal e-mails were marked as spam. To fix that, we have updated our DMARC, SPF DNS settings. Then, we have contacted to our IIS, they have registered our Reverse DNS to mail.EH.com. Everything is perfect, we have right DNS settings, our Reverse DNS is resolving to [login to view URL] but our e-mails are completely ignored by Outlook/Hotmail system. We are operation on Windows Server. It is a VPS. We are working with a local company that offer VPS service. We have contacted to company, they could not figure it out. As a client, we are trying our best to remove this blacklisting. Maybe an IP block -that includes our IP- of this company is blocked. But, we ([login to view URL]) did not send any harmful/spam e-mails. We hope that you are going to remove this blacklisting, otherwise we will not be able to communicate with our clients.
