Budget £250-750 GBP
We want to download data on WWI servicemen available at [login to view URL] under collection “United Kingdom, World War I Service Records, 1914-1920”. This contains over 2.5 million records of individuals that participated in the war. We will provide a list of full names (First Name + Last Name) in csv format. The task is to conduct recursive searches with that list using the [login to view URL] website (perhaps the developer tools here [login to view URL] may be of some use) and download individualized information to populate a spreadsheet. Detailed instructions are available if you are interested.
Products: We are aiming at two products: i) a sample spreadsheet that contains a sample of the downloaded information and ii) the code that we can use to complete downloading all the required records.
