Build database of candidates for specified skill sets.
We have immediate openings for entry and senior level recruiters.
-You will engage in direct recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification and presentation of candidates to Account Team to meet client requirements.
-Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on Account Teams recommendation. Prospect, identify and interview new and existing candidates.
-Excellent communication skills and detail orientation are essential
-Strong client service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills
-Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of staffing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
You must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with a great drive for success.
