Good organic links required to a parapsychology site

I am launching a site on parapsychology [login to view URL] next week . I need people to find this site, namely, visitors who are interested in the topics on the site. I would like 10-15 authentic links from PR3+ sites (preferrably PR4+) linking to this site. Please send a PM Privately giving a sample or list of the sites you intend to use. The site the link will be on must not have more than 20 other external links on that same page (I am not looking for directory postings). If you have other suggestions specific to my site I would like to hear them also. For 10-15 authentic links I will pay $30 ($2.50 per link), if I am satisfied I will order more of your services. Initial delivery should be within 24-48 hours (for at least 5 of the links), additional links can take longer to deliver within 1 week.
