I have made a mobile app which users can watch videos online, I upload the videos to my windows server, when I try to watch the videos on desktop browsers it works just fine.
The problem happens when I try to play the videos on the iOS browser inside my app (WKWebKit), this problem does not happen to all videos, some of the videos works just fine and users can watch without a problem while other videos just don't play (they load and you can see how long the video is and you can see the frames but it doesn't play).
Also one more point, on this server I have SSD and HDD, I started to notice this problem only on for videos on HDD.
The app is built in Swift 4.2, Kindly start your proposal with "SSD Vs HDD" so I know you're not auto bidding.
