To make availability crystal-clear, the map needs color-coding—green for Available, red for Sold, orange for Reserved, and room for future categories. Search is essential: users should be able to locate a plot instantly by entering a Plot Number, Survey Number, or Patta Number. Results should zoom the map straight to the relevant parcel and open its details automatically. The interface has to feel quick and intuitive on phones, tablets, and desktops alike, with a modern responsive layout. Page loads must stay snappy even when the database grows. For administration, I’ll rely on an internal dashboard that is accessible only to approved external agents. From there they must be able to add new plots, edit metadata, and toggle status—all actions reflecting on the public map in real time. Granular role permissions, secure login, and audit logging are required to protect data integrity. Future-proofing matters, so please structure the codebase so new fields or filters can be slotted in without a rewrite. Clean documentation and hand-over notes will be part of the final package to keep maintenance straightforward.
