The project consists of developing a website for a hair salon, including a simple, smooth, and efficient online booking system. Expected Features The website must provide three distinct types of access: 1. Client Area This section will allow clients to: Check real-time availability Book appointments based on their preferred time slot and selected service Receive automatic reminders (email or SMS) 1 hour and 30 minutes before the appointment Cancel or reschedule their appointment directly through the received message 2. Hairdresser Area This section will be dedicated to daily management and will allow: Viewing and managing the schedule Adding appointments (especially walk-in clients) Selecting the services performed Having a clear overview of the daily organization 3. Administrative Area This section will provide full business management capabilities: Daily revenue tracking Access to accounting data Performance analysis (services, traffic, etc.) Overall salon management Objective To implement a user-friendly, centralized, and high-performance tool that optimizes appointment management and enhances the customer experience.
