I need a browser-based application that lets our network of service stations audit their own fuel activity while also giving head office a clear, branch-by-branch view of what is missing or out of tolerance. The core job is simple: the system must pull in (or allow manual entry of) fuel-purchase records, compare them against the live dispenser readings we receive, and instantly build a clean, downloadable audit report for each branch. Any gaps, mismatches, or anomalies should be highlighted so the branch knows exactly what to correct before the final report is locked. Because everything will run in a web environment, the interface has to be responsive and light enough for back-office PCs with average connections. A concise dashboard and a one-click “Generate Report” workflow are more important to me than complex graphics. Deliverables • Secure web app (front end + back end) accessible from modern browsers • Logic that cross-checks fuel purchase records against dispenser accuracy data and flags issues • Per-branch PDF/Excel audit report generator with clear discrepancy summaries • Admin view to review, comment, and mark items as resolved Acceptance criteria An audit report produced from a mixed test set (intentionally containing errors) must: 1. Identify every fuel-purchase record that cannot be reconciled. 2. Show dispenser readings outside our preset tolerance. 3. Export successfully to PDF and Excel with identical figures. If you have experience with similar compliance or inventory tools, please include a short note or demo link—I’ll prioritise proven solutions that can be adapted quickly.
