Il punto delicato qui non è solo mostrare una stima immobiliare, ma farlo senza rompere il layout attuale del sito e trasformando il calcolatore in uno strumento che raccolga contatti validi. Lo imposterei come modulo leggero, con logica di calcolo separata dai testi/dai valori, così potrai aggiornare zona, città e prezzo al mq senza dover toccare codice ogni volta. Ho già lavorato su tool embedded per siti WordPress e custom, inclusi form con step gate prima del risultato finale, export CSV e pannelli semplici per aggiornare dati tariffari. In un progetto come questo, documentazione chiara e facilità di manutenzione contano quanto il design, quindi consegno sempre una struttura ordinata e facile da scalare. Per integrarlo bene mi servono due dettagli: - Il sito attuale è WordPress o un altro CMS/framework? - Preferisci aggiornare i valori da pannello admin o tramite file CSV importabile? - La sincronizzazione lead ti basta via CSV oppure vuoi collegarla subito a Mailchimp/CRM?

Abbiamo già realizzato moduli di calcolo, lead magnet e form con raccolta contatti per siti di servizi locali e business basati su richieste inbound. Quando c’è di mezzo un risultato “immediato”, bisogna curare bene sia velocità che UX mobile, altrimenti si perdono contatti prima ancora che vedano la stima. Così ti preparo qualcosa di davvero adatto al tuo sito: - Il calcolatore va inserito in una pagina esistente o in una landing dedicata? - Hai già una tabella con città/zone/valori al mq da importare? - Per il CRM, usi solo Mailchimp o stai valutando anche altri strumenti simili?
