3D Architectural Visualization & Animated Walkthrough

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced architectural visualization specialist to produce a complete set of photorealistic 3D renderings and a smooth animated walkthrough video based on provided architectural plans. This project is for a residential/commercial property and requires a high level of realism, professional lighting, and compelling visual storytelling. Plans, drawings, and reference materials will be shared with the awarded freelancer. Bidders are encouraged to include portfolio samples of similar work with their proposals. Deliverables 3D Renderings • Minimum 6 exterior still renderings from specified vantage points • Minimum 4 interior still renderings (key rooms/spaces) • Photorealistic materials, textures, and lighting (natural + artificial) • Landscaping and contextual surroundings included in exterior views • Final resolution: minimum 4000 x 3000 px, delivered as PNG or TIFF • 2-4 rounds of revisions included Walkthrough Video • Duration: 2 minutes of smooth animated walkthrough • Exterior approach leading into interior tour of main spaces • Cinematic camera movements (no jarring cuts or abrupt transitions) • Ambient background music (royalty-free, provided or sourced by freelancer) • Rendered at 2K minimum; 4K preferred • Delivered as MP4 (H.264 or H.265) • One round of video revisions included Technical Requirements • Software: 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Blender, or equivalent professional tool • Ability to work from architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections • Experience with realistic lighting, shadows, and material rendering • Files to be organized and labeled clearly; source files may be requested • All deliverables sent via a shared drive link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) What to Include in Your Bid To be considered, your proposal must include the following: • Relevant portfolio samples (renderings and/or walkthrough videos of similar projects) • Your proposed timeline broken into milestones (concept, draft, final) • Your all-inclusive fixed-price quote OR a detailed per-item breakdown • Software and pipeline you intend to use • Any questions or clarifications needed before starting
