New Website and Branding for MindMax Tutoring

MindMax Tutoring requires an experienced freelancer or small agency to create the complete marketing foundation for our tutoring business before we begin paid advertising. The project includes: * Professional refinement of the MindMax brand, including logo, colours, fonts and a basic brand guide * A conversion-focused, mobile-friendly website using our existing domain: [login to view URL] * Complete original website content writing based on information supplied by MindMax — not copying and pasting our notes * Creation and sourcing of professional, realistic images and original branded graphics suitable for parents of students in Grades 3–7 * No comical, cartoon-style, childish or irrelevant images * Separate website pages for our Online Live Classes and Face-to-Face Saturday Classes * Curriculum, About, Program Comparison, FAQs, Enquiry, Contact, Privacy and Terms pages * Parent enquiry forms, automatic confirmation emails and lead capture into Google Sheets or another approved system * WhatsApp, phone, email and Google Maps integration * Basic SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking * Professional setup or improvement of Facebook and Instagram business accounts * Meta Business Suite connection * Twelve original starter social media posts with captions * Editable Canva templates, Story templates and Instagram highlight covers * Full mobile, tablet and desktop testing * Complete ownership, editable files, administrator access, training and handover * At least 30 days of post-launch technical support MindMax promotes two programs for students in Grades 3–7: 1. Online Live Classes — two classes each week, 1 hour 45 minutes per class, covering Mathematics, Quantitative Reasoning, English, Reading, Writing and Verbal Reasoning. 2. Face-to-Face Saturday Classes — 9:00 am to 12:30 pm in Hoppers Crossing, covering the same learning areas. This must be a fixed-price project with milestone payments. The successful applicant must provide: * One complete fixed price * Full disclosure of all hosting, plugin, stock image, subscription and renewal costs * Original content writing and visual creation * Revisions until the work meets the agreed brief, provided changes remain within scope * Full MindMax ownership of the website, content, graphics, domain connection, Facebook, Instagram, Meta assets, tracking accounts and editable source files * No unexpected additional charges for completing work already included in the agreed scope Paid advertising management is not included in this project. A separate targeted marketing campaign will follow after the website and social media foundation are complete.
