I already have an active domain and an InCom subscription, but the default template still looks untouched. I’d like you to turn it into a clean, minimalistic landing page that immediately directs visitors to the three essentials of my real estate practice: property listings, an “About Us” story, and a simple contact form. Here’s what I need from you: • Select or adjust the InCom theme so it feels airy, modern, and free of visual clutter. • Build the main landing page with clear links or calls-to-action that jump to the listings, about section, and contact form. • Populate the Property Listings area with the MLS feed module already available in InCom (I’ll supply credentials). • Style the About Us section so team photos, bios, and a mission statement look cohesive on desktop and mobile. • Configure the contact form to forward leads directly to my brokerage email, with an autoresponder confirming receipt. • Tweak colors, fonts, and spacing so the whole site follows the “minimalistic and clean” brief. • Test responsiveness, set basic SEO titles/descriptions, connect the domain, and push the site live on InCom. I’ll provide logos, brand colors, copy, and MLS access as soon as we start.
