We are seeking a Twillio or similar language programmer to develop an automated IVR system for our company.
The system will need to identify a caller's ANI and cross-check it with an external database via it's API. The IVR will then prompt the customer back with their current status as a customer and offer them pre-scripted responses.
The system must be able to cancel a customer's accounts, refund their account, charge their account & place a new order for them all without having to speak to a live agent.
This is a decent size project and we will need a small team to manage it ongoing. If you/team has experience with in this field please apply.
