It is the single hardest problem in AI video, and it is also the one most people bidding on this will quietly fail at around episode three. It is not solved by writing better prompts. Prompting Rama the same way twice gives you two different men. It is solved by locking references. What that means in practice: before any episode is made, we build a character sheet — each figure rendered front, three-quarter and profile, in consistent lighting, with fixed and written-down attributes for skin tone, hair, jewellery, weapon and garment colour. Those images then become the reference input for every shot that character appears in, with a fixed seed, so the model is matching a picture rather than interpreting a description. The sheet is a permanent asset. Episode fourteen still uses it, which is why the channel still looks like itself a year in. The same discipline applies to the world — Ayodhya, the forest, the palace interiors get their own reference plates so backgrounds do not drift either. On the storytelling side for children: the hook works better as a question the child wants answered than as a spoiler of the ending, and pacing wants a clear beat roughly every eight seconds without becoming frantic.
