I've spent 10+ years doing Linux server builds and VPS management -- bare metal provisioning, networking, firewall rules, the whole stack. Your Hetzner project lines up with a lot of that, especially the subnet design and inbound filtering pieces. I want to be upfront though: ESXi and MikroTik RouterOS aren't my daily tools. My virtualization has been Docker and KVM, and my firewall work has been iptables/nftables on Linux rather than RouterOS. The concepts transfer (NAT, filter chains, DDoS hardening are the same regardless of platform), but if you need someone who's done dozens of Hetzner+ESXi+MikroTik deploys specifically, I'm not that person. What you'd get from me is solid execution on the networking and security side -- proper subnet isolation for your tenant VMs, clean firewall rules with your management IP whitelisted and a plain-text handoff doc so you know exactly what got configured.
