Ideally, when I receive an attachment in Outlook 2016 MSO ([url removed, login to view]) 64-bit (running on Windows 10 Pro) from a specific person, for example Bob Parker, it will automatically be copied (without being deleted from the Outlook message) to Desktop/New Folder A/Bob Parker. When I receive an attachment from others, for example, Jane Smith, the attachment would be automatically copied to her folder (say...Network drive/New Folder XYZ/Jane Smith. The filenames of these attachments would be able to be specified based on the sender's initials and the date I received the message. John's would be, "BP - 07312017."
So, in steps, I would like the code to accomplish the following:
1) save an attachment from Outlook into a specific folder upon receiving the attachment
2) rename the attachment automatically
