It will need a "middle-tier" for handling the synchronization between both side. especially whenever the master worksheets cannot published over web. So, we will need a web server which will manage the exchanged content (worksheets, cells, etc) between central side and remote side. other required pard is an excel plugin, this plugin will consume that web service application in order: it could use its functionality.

Hi, You want to be able to reflect the changes to one spreadsheet in another (and vise-versa). Possibly while each is opened for update (and therefore locked). You need to be able to transfer new records, updated records and details of deleted records. I can create macros to autosync on open (incoming), on request (incoming/outgoing) and on close (outgoing). Are the spreadsheets in the same locations or do the synchronization files have to be transfered in some manner? If the later, that procedure is beyond the scope of this bid. regards, Neil
