There is a button in the form "frmPatientDetails" which needs to open a dialogue box and import information stored in text files.
The first few lines of the text files imported need to be removed so that only the columns of numbers are sorted into the tables.
The files need to imported to specific tables. XXXXX_PTV1 will go to PTV1 table, XXXXX_PTV2 will go to table etc.
The files named XXXXX_OARs are different because they has multiple sets of data. The set of numbers have a structure labelled before the numbers. I need the data with "Structure: Small bowel" to go to the "Small bowel" table, "Structure: L Lens" to go to the "Left Lens" table the same for bladder, pituitary etc.
There is some code already written for this button which opens a dialogue box to select files. There is also some code written which imports some of the information to the mentioned tables. However, it only works correctly when a comma ( , ) is used as a decimal separator (which i have to change in the "change date, time and number formats" in the control panel settings. I need the import to work when a period or dot ( . ) is used as a decimal separator. You can choose to alter what code is there or write something different.
If you need to login to the database the password is 1234 for most usernames.
The files are too large to upload so they are stored in this dropbox link:

I know why it works only with correctly when a comma ( , ) . You need to define mapping file with columns while importing text files.
