Expert skills required.
VBA, Macro, Word template and Microsoft Word 2010 related to Document Properties and Mail merged fields.
1. MS Word template is used to generate letters and the Recipient file is Excel Spread sheet
2. A macro is used to do the mail merge and save letters individually.
3. Template has merged fields such as (Member Number, Name, address..)
4. Template has standards docproperties and some custom Custom Document Properties such as Member Number etc
I want to pass the value of merged fields to the custom Document properties, so I can use merged field as metadata.
This may require some VBA coding, it may be even possible to achieve this without any VBA coding.
