VB/Excel/portfolio management programming job

I need an upgrade to an Excel stock portfolio management program that is written in VB. The following seven modifications need to be done: 1) Add five moving average lines to two stock charts (VB programming already completed for one of them) 2) The charts need to be programmed so that they are not distorted if certain data is not present; currently, the charts search for three years’ worth of data, and some stocks have a history of only weeks or months; if certain data isn’t present, then it shouldn’t be graphed 3) Insert a drop-down list in the charts to display 3 years, 1 year, or 3 months; when a new time period is selected, the chart should display that length of time 4) Add a new worksheet to the file that has all historical transactions (stock symbol, shares, commission, etc.); when a new transaction is entered via a pop-up window, it should be added to or deleted from the portfolio manager worksheet 5) The average cost line in one of the charts should be indicated with a series of gray asterisks (****) instead of a line across the entire chart, as is now the case 6) A particular equation needs to be deleted from the file (this might not be programmed...it may be just a simple formula that can simply be deleted) 7) Insert a macro that hides all toolbars and the formula bar for this file only, so that the charts can be increased in size as much as possible -The project will of course be clearer once you connect to my computer remotely and I go over every change with you in great detail -I need a programmer who is an ABSOLUTE EXPERT in VB, Excel, and Excel charts; please do not reply if you are not an expert in these three areas -The original programmer has stated that this entire upgrade to the program should take approximately 20-25 hours -The code for this project will be owned by us -As the market data program that imports the data (Bloomberg) must be used, the programming needs to be done either on my computer remotely (using my GoToMyPC account) or at the programmer’s location with a Bloomberg trial account (which I will set up)...on my computer remotely is probably the easiest way -I would like to get this project started ASAP -Thank you for your consideration
