A project is required where a windows form has a defined drawing area. A backgroung image must be able to be loaded into the working area. The working area size must be definable in pixels. Within the working area a unique line should be able to be drawn. The unique line would be a continuous looking many rounded "w" together. The line must be definable from mouse clicks . The line must be able to be connected on itself by a mouse double click, enclosing an area, and this double mouse click must force the line to close on itself or the nearest other line drawn on the area(midway or end) - therefore the potential for multiple lines must exist.
The line must be definable in terms of color and width. Once multiple lines are drawn the ability to save the working area - background and drawn lines to a new image must exist. The new final image should be in a bitmap format.
The code must be written in [url removed, login to view] and the source must be available.
