I need a custom Access database that can search my information. I currently have a Excel spreadsheet with 7 columns and 448 rows of information, that is all the information I need.
The information is: Zip Code, Area Code, Town, County, State, Miles, Fee (you need to be able to search by any of that information, see my drawing).
This Access database should be able to search by specific data, example by State or by fee - and then have the ability to print reports. There should also be areas for me to add new information or edit existing information into the database by a form.
This database needs to look very professional and needs to not have any bugs in it.
I'm sure this is easy to do - but I just don't have the time to mess around with this currently.
Attached is a photo that I made, which shows how the modules should look (buttons names, input areas, etc.) But, you have the freedom to make it anyway you want - as long as it is VERY PROFESSIONAL looking and doesn't look like a standard MS Access file.
The company logo is the only thing that can't change. It will be provided to who ever gets this project - along with the Excel spreadsheet for the information.
