Convert Small App to VB

I have a small (3 pages) app that was created for example purposes. The app was done in C# and I need it in VB.
I also need the following features ADDED to the application:
1. Master page
2. Code commented to explain functions
3. Need additional page added for Ajax Modal Popup to show the following:
a. Multiple (2 or mores) close buttons including the "X" in top right corner
b. Open Ajax Modal with 2 different buttons (item C below may take care of this)
c. Call Button 2 click event from Button 1 click
d. Open FormView inside Ajax Modal in "Insert Mode", and populate form field with query string value
e. Open FormView inside Ajax Modal in "Edit Mode", and populate form field with query String value
f. Data Bind Grid or Form when Modal is closed using "X" image in top right corner
Unless necessary, prefer not to use JavaScript on a thru f above.
