I'm looking for a MS Access developer to create a small database to invoice (pay) my providers. I have a very clear Idea of what has to be done, so I will no ask you for many beta files, just one, and after checking, if needed, modifications that have to be done to fulfil requirements posted here. If further modifications/improvements are needed, I'll post another project, so I need this to be fast and cheap, in a second step, a new project might be created on [url removed, login to view] for any modifications.
The database currently contain two main tables, one with the provider information (address, email, VAT code, etc) and a table with each repair they did for me with several fields but only 6 are important for this mean: Date of Repair, Provider code, Type of product (8 different types, but maybe more in the future so it has to be flexible), labour amount, spare parts amount, and other amount.
With this, I need access to generate a invoice (I guess is a report) for each of my providers with their fiscal information, my fiscal information, the repairs done in a specific period of time divided by product, and the amount for each product and total.
Also in the invoice there must be a invoice number, specific unique and sequential for each customer.
this invoices have to be saved in a different table for future reference. Then access has to send this in pdf format to the porvider.
The access file should also report me a table with the invoices generated by provider and by product + invoice date + invoice number.
