I am looking to make life a little easier by maintaining and tracking inventory of supplies and assets. To track quantities by receipt or issue of inventory and setting dates to reorder upon a set number. These categories would need to be linked to record vendors and link web pages points of contact and invoices scanned and retained in a shared drive.
One of the most important is to remember when and how much of certain supplies are to be reordered and how much they will cost i.e. printing services or toner and ink cartridges to order by quarter, cost, quantities, and by division in addition to the ability to create additional types of lists/data/reminders ect.
