For a box with that storage layout, I'd go ZFS mirror on the two SSDs for rpool (OS + VM disks), then the HDDs either as a second ZFS pool or left raw depending on what you're planning to run. Bridged networking with vmbr0 on the main NIC gets you VM connectivity out of the gate. I have worked professionally with Proxmox, backup, networking and virtualization for a long time. Of the parts in your request, the Windows template is the one that will take the longest to solve. It depends mostly on the size of the ISO file to be downloaded and then the time it takes to install Windows (with updates and drivers) and to make it into a template. My quote of €60 is way too low but I see it as a test for me as it is my first job here at Freelancer. Due to the low price quoted, it will take me a little longer as I do not have time to sit and wait for the different steps (the steps that take a long time, ex Windows) but have to do other things in the meantime and check the installation from time to time. But I will arrange what you wish in the documentation.
