iPad decor app

Im looking to get done an app much like a game for my team to customize interior decor. The process: create a platform with Unity 3D for iPad where items (decorations - floors, wall colors, kitchen cabinets etc) can be customized dynamically on supplied maps ( floorplans - 3D). After setting all the options for every object ( each object can take a color/design chosen from a list), the user should be able to move around the interior of the house in "first-person view" and look around the interior. it all has to be done thought an iPad same principle as The SIMS (decorate - choose object and customize) the 3D layouts - maps will be supplied in .wrl (VRML)
