Hi, My name is Aleksandar Filipov. I was born in Germany, but I live in Macedonia. I had finished University with a title "Business in English as first language and German language as second language" in 2014. In 2015 I became State approved court translator and interpreter in Serbian language and since April 2016 also State approved court translator and interpreter in German language. I am currently working 8 hours a day (Monday to Friday) as customer care agent for a Romanian company or better said for a antivirus called Bitdefender. We are handling inbound calls and e-mails for customers from German speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In my spare time about 1-2 hours a day I do also customer service for a client in Germany (Spreewälder) with food and drinks as well. Doing this I hope I am qualified to do your job. I can assure you that I am honest, engaged and dedicated to the job, and also flexible. If you could provide more information for a start it would be most appreciated. Hello, As an analyst I have experience with enterprise and commercial software. I have a good working knowledge of English and a medium working knowledge of Spanish. Between 2007 and 2012 I was working for a small USA software company as member of a virtual team - my tasks were ranging from coding, testing and documenting software to customer support. Since 2013 I've been doing virtual assistance and software testing. I'm familiar with various online software tools like Office 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, Windows and Linux hosting, WordPress, Moodle, Bugzilla, TeamWorkPM, KanBanTool, Trello, social media. January 03, 2016 Dear Hiring Manager, I work as VA for a group of Investors, in real state business through Freelancer and do excel projects for clients .I worked as administrative assistant, in a private university, for almost 5 years. My job was provide assistance for a team of 22 courses coordinators and 336 teachers. I am responsible to provide them information’s about proof minutes, phone number and addresses of students, support of how to use office tools like Excel. I like to build reputation where I work, being an employee that everyone recognizes my role in that company. I also have experience handling with problems and solving them. I am used to deal with angry customers and treat them well. I was responsible to schedule some of them agendas, creating spreadsheets and others reports using Totvs system. I am the guy that you need, because of my relentless dedication to be the best as I can be. Hi, To give you a little background about my working experience, I have been in the customer service industry (phone, email and chat) for over 5 years now. I have worked as a cashier in a fast food chain, then work my way up to be a an executive in BPO companies. I've handled several accounts like reservations in hotel and airlines, worked in a healthcare account as well. Then in 2014, I decided to go working full time in a home based field. I worked as a dispatcher in a trucking industry, and was a project coordinator in a logistics company. I may not be the best candidate for this post but I can assure you that I educate myself, go extra mile when I'm doing my job. I watch tutorials, read a lot of stuff in the field/products I'm in so I can contribute to the company and to be knowledgeable in that field.
