We have an immediate need for a fantastic self-starter VA. They must be located in the US or Canada.
This part-time role will require between 10-20 hours per week Mon-Fri. Being able to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday is a plus.
1) We're in the enterprise software recruiting industry. Experience in software or recruiting will come in handy!
2) We’ve been working remotely for over 18 years and provide the tools and environment to do this successfully. People who love working in a remote environment will thrive here.
3) This is primarily an email and text-driven job. Very little phone work required.
4) You'll help with a wide-range of tasks (it won’t be boring) including:
*Sending and following-up on email and LinkedIn messages
*Sending email templates to prospective clients and candidates (some light customization is required - strong writing skills are critical)
*Working in our CRM including: Updating, creating, managing and scrubbing lists
*Setting up email campaigns in our sales automation tool
*Occasionally interacting with our web hosting provider
*Industry and Market Research - strong researching skills are important
*Creating internal and external templates for emails, processes, etc.
*Scheduling appointments with candidates and clients
*Other tasks as needed
