The tasks which I can accomplish: 1) Adding events listings to our wordpress website - I regularly post pictures on Wordpress. I learn how to add events listings as well. 2) submitting event listings to a range of other local websites - I have done some advertising for clients on Facebook as well as local websites 3) taking digital copies of our receipts and entering them into Xero - our accounts package. - I can learn how to do Xero. We can discuss this further. 4) other duties will be added once the right candidate has been proven to be capable - I would be glad to find out how else I could assist. Essential Skills: I used to tutor European nationals in the English language through developing their written and speaking skills. My responsibilities in those positions included day-to-day administrative tasks such as; reading and answering e-mails and/or forwarding them to the appropriate staff, writing and editing reports, drafting client correspondence, writing press releases, following up with media, organizing and making timelines for upcoming exhibitions, consigning and tracking inventory and client records in Excel, generating invoices for payment, and more. I also currently work remotely with LX Partners (business consultancy firm) in Singapore communicating primarily via e-mail and working collaboratively when needed using Google Docs.
