Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and text to set appointments for property showings
• Maintain accurate records of all communication with potential clients in our CRM
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure they are still interested in seeing properties
• Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure that all appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to all potential clients
• Continuously improve and update call scripts to increase appointment booking success rate
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role, such as telemarketing or appointment setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not necessary
