We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support on an ongoing basis.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and simple task list management. Additionally, there will be aspects of book keeping and accounting work. My expectation would be to have a daily call with you in the mornings, review To Do list and schedule and then coordinate if/when needed throughout the day periodically.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
