I need to hire a virtual assistant for 5 hours per week, to assist with running a photography business. I may also ask for additional hours at some times. I need someone who is availalbe half an hour each day, with the remaining weekly hours to be worked more flexibly. You will begin on some basic data processing tasks, but I expect you to be able to take on more bookkeeping, customer service and marketing responsibilities - I need someone with excellent written English, common sense and good organisation to be able to take these on. I may try out more than one freelancer to test your skills.
Possible future tasks include:
1. Responding to basic customer requests, while alerting me to requests that require my input.
2. Writing blog posts.
3. Carrying out basic accounting in Xero and my CRM
4. Monitoring and maintaining my CRM (SproutStudio - you do not need to have used this, but need to be able to learn quickly)
