I am looking for a virtual assistant/negotiator to reach out to ecommerce logistics companies. I run a US e-commerce business and I'm choosing a logistics fulfillment/prep partner (3PL). The companies are already pre-screened, have received our intro info, and are potentially interested, so this is not cold calling. Your task is to represent us on video calls with these warehouses, answer their questions confidently, and ideally convince them we're a great client to take on. Since it is not easy for a small retail arbitrage business without 1000s of monthly shipments to get accepted by a good 3PL. You'll be acting as our representative, so you need to sound credible, professional, and understand how this business works. What you'll do: - Join scheduled video calls (Google Meet / Zoom / Teams, usually on camera) with warehouses that already know about us - Confidently answer their questions about our business, volume, and requirements - Be assertive and actively make the case that we're a good fit and push the conversation toward a placement/onboarding - Write the outcome of each call, including all questions asked to get them answered by us Requirements - Excellent spoken English - Confident on video calls, comfortable on camera, persuasive - Good understanding of e-commerce logistics - how fulfillment works for Amazon (FBA/FBM), eBay, and a custom webstore - Some understanding of 3PL / prep center operations (receiving, inspection, pick/pack, returns, integrations) You will receive a call schedule for interested warehouses, our business description and key talking points and possible questions/answers and a voip account. The $500 budget is for 5 successful calls where you get successful placement (warehouse agrees to onboard us). But I will also pay $20 extra for every completed call where you didn't get a placement.
