I run a fast-growing consultancy and need a part-time assistant who can devote 4 hours each weekday (roughly 20 h/week) to keep my calendar tight and, more importantly, drive new business. Your core mission is client outreach, executed primarily through live video calls on Zoom: you will greet prospects, deliver a concise sales pitch using the deck I provide, and smoothly hand the conversation back to me once they are engaged. Around those calls you will: • keep my Google Calendar up-to-date, • confirm meetings, reschedule when needed, • handle light admin such as inbox triage and CRM updates. Strong spoken English is non-negotiable, because your confidence and clarity on camera directly affect conversion rates. A professional appearance, reliable internet, and a proactive attitude round out the essentials. I’m based abroad, so having you on Romanian time—ideally in Iași, Brașov, or Sibiu—lets us cover European prospects without late nights. Compensation starts at €350-450 net each month for the base hours, with uncapped commission on every deal you help close; top performers easily double that figure.
