Personal assistant for digital marketing agency

Hi, I am looking to hire someone who is reliable, very well organised, and efficient, to help me in managing the day to day tasks associated with running a small digital marketing company.

Overall, I require someone who can organize systems, make them more efficient, liaise on projects with team members, and contact clients. It would be ideal if you had a good knowledge of social media, and have some experience of this.

TASKS MAY INCLUDE:

• Continuously look to improve our systems and efficiency

• Allocate tasks to different team members, using Active Collab

• Liaise with clients via email

• Check tasks are being done by team members

• Manage calendar of meetings

• Prepare and amend documents

• Help recruit new team members

• Research new leads

• Invoice clients

• Amend reports from team members

QUALITIES:

• You need to be a fast learner, and require minimal supervision

• A naturally organized person, who can multi-task, and organize others

• Strong work ethic, proactive, and pleasant to work with

• Good at communicating with clients and building a rapport

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Need to be available to work 9.30 to 4.30 CET Monday to Friday, no exceptions, as I need someone that is in the same timezone as me. i.e. Europe, South Africa

• Respond to queries and questions quickly

• Knowledge of Microsoft office

• Quickly and easily learn other tools and systems

• Experience as an assistant preferred

• Very good written and spoken English

Initially the work will be for 10 hours per week, but gradually this will increase as you learn the systems, and frees up time for me to concentrate on other aspects of the business.
