We are looking a virtual assistant to help us find new job candidates. There is work to do 7 days per week.
Here is what you will be doing:
- creating job postings
- manually searching online for new candidates
- sending emails to prospective job candidates
A set of guidelines will be given on how to perform each task. Once you locate the candidates and have given them a preliminary screening via email according to the guidelines, you will email us the candidate's contact information.
The rate for this project will be $5 per accepted working candidate, $10 per candidate that continues to work with us. This simply means that the candidate must actually work for us and not just disappear once you send the contact information. The jobs you are recruiting for are not high level jobs, so the odds of the candidate not actually working for us once you send us the contact information are quite low.
We will require a certain number of new candidates to work for us per day so everyday you will need to try to meet this goal. You will need to consistently meet or exceed this goal in order to continue working on this project. Also if you provide candidates that we end up rejecting because the candidates do not meet the guidelines that you were given, these candidates will not be paid for. The rate per candidate can be negotiated for a higher rate if you are able to locate above average candidates and you can exceed the daily quota.
The ideal assistant will have the following attributes:
- have excellent writing and marketing skills that will work to attract new candidates
- is a native English speaker
- is familiar with the content writing / SEO industry
Also you need to use ethical methods for locating these candidates. Spamming, black hat techniques, buying leads (without permission) from lead companies is not acceptable and will lead to termination from this position.
We are looking for someone to do this job over the long term. Therefore this position can last for sometime. When you bid on this project, please provide us with your availability, a writeup of any relevant experience and an explanation of why you think you would be a good match for this position.
This first project will be to locate 6 candidates for us for a total of $30. Only bids of $30 will be considered.

The job requires someone to accurately find candidates for roles as are presented by the recruiter virtually /online. Being someone who has worked in recruitment previously i know the requirements for the role.
I currently spend a barrage of time online so this would be a no brainer to look for the skill set required by the client.I currently in an environment where we also virtually look for candidates to fill role an i am actively a part of this process.I can commit to this long term as i am ideally looking a way to make some extra cash.
