I have about 180 Jobs that I would like to cluster down to 6-9 jobs. The jobs are listed in an excel sheet & I will provide the Job Description for each job in a word document.
The project deliverables are:
1. To have an excel sheet showing the clustering from the 180 jobs to 6 Jobs. This sheet should have a brief description of each job and the justification (logic, reason) for clustering it in specific catergory. I also require this to be presented as a tree diagram in a later stage for presentation purposes.
2. Summarize the functions of each job description in simple concise bullet points in a different excel sheet.
