We have just joined Zendesk and need to set this up, and continually build on what we have. Currently, we have our clients and staff, so we would need our policies for our office only visible to staff, and our other information for the public.
We are looking for a person with excellent Zendesk knowledge, proven, and can work with us for a period of time to keep this running and updated - there is a possibility that you will also be there to respond and/ or chat.
The successfull candiate will show us previous work.
For this role, we have some manuals for tenants (help guides) that we would like to be broken up and added in the initial phase.
