Type of Position: Part time to start working up to full time. Work Time Zone: The timing of this work should be mostly during the hours that my company is open which is basically 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, PST. Compensation: Please place your bid based on a 20 hour a week flat rate (Part Time) and I will assume that if we go full time (40 Hours) that it will be double that bid. What I am looking for: I am looking for someone that has excellent English skills, speaking and written. Someone with good computer skills and an excellent internet connection that can do VOIP calls with me and others, and also screen sharing in order to get information from me that can be passed on to the rest of my team. This person also needs to be dependable, smart, and consistent. Someone that pays very close attention to detail and can spot problems or issues and get them fixed before I do. My company develops websites for a specific group of customers in the US. It is a very specific industry with a lot of rules and regulations. Therefore, I need someone that can learn and think and use reason to get a task complete. Your main goal is to be the middle man between me and my team and help to make sure that things get done. Your main job will be to meet with me and get my feedback on a situation and then take what I say and get it back to my team so that they can do it. Then you will follow up on the work done to confirm it is done as I asked, and solve any issues before I see them. You must be able to: 1) Use a computer very well. 2) Work within multiple systems to accomplish tasks and interface with the rest of my team. 3) Do conference calls with me through services like GoToMeeting, or preferably through native tools on the mac like iMessege and iChat. 4) Be able to communicate ideas very clearly in English in written and oral form. 5) Be able to work in a fast paced environment. This work is not hard, but there is a lot of it so you should be the kind of person that is able to work quickly, yet efficiently to get the maximum amount of tasks done in the time you work. 6) Be able to take very detailed notes and convey those thoughts to my team in a way that is numerical and simple so that they can just execute. 7) You should have excellent organizational skills. If you can handle this type of thing, I would love to meet you.

I have all the required skills to be the perfect bridge between you and your team and making sure that everything gets done on time. I have fluent spoken and written English.
