I've worked in customer service for 11 years, the first 5 years as a Customer Service Associate for phone support (3.5 years) and email support (1.5 years). I value excellence at work, earning me supervisory positions in the customer service industry for the remaining 6 years. My supervisory roles start at being a trainer for almost 4 years, and the remaining 2+ years as Quality Supervisor, then Training Lead and lastly, as Analytics Supervisor. I now choose to work from home after recently giving birth, to care for my child. I am looking to continue working in customer service, and my personal measurement of success is high customer experience rates, high productivity and low cost to the client.
