Position: Virtual Office Assistant (English Speaking)

Duration: temporary

Hours: 2-4 hours per day

Salary: 300 EUR month

Our company is a growing organization currently undergoing a significant transition. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Office Assistant to help facilitate this change seamlessly. If you possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management:

Monitor, sort, and prioritize incoming emails.

Respond to inquiries and coordinate communication between different departments.

Document Preparation:

Draft, format, and edit documents to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Prepare documents and materials as needed for team members and external partners.

Filing & Organization:

Sort and file documents accurately in the appropriate folders.

Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for easy document retrieval.

Audit Support:

Organize and prepare documents for audits.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure all necessary documentation is available and accurate.

Contract Review:

Review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the relevant parties.

Invoice Review:

Review and verify invoices, ensuring that billing details are accurate and match contract terms.

Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Virtual Desktop Environment:

Work efficiently in a virtual desktop environment.

Troubleshoot minor technical issues and communicate major issues to the IT department.

Requirements:

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
