Je souhaite déléguer une partie de ma charge de travail pour rester concentré sur le développement de mon activité. Concrètement, la mission couvre deux volets complémentaires : 1. Assistance virtuelle • Gestion complète de ma boîte mail : tri, réponses de premier niveau, signalement des messages urgents. • Planification et organisation : prise de rendez-vous, mise à jour de calendrier partagé, rappels. • Recherche d’informations ponctuelles pour préparer décisions et contenus. 2. Community Management (Facebook & Instagram) • Création de contenu visuel et textuel aligné sur ma ligne éditoriale. • Programmation des publications et animation quotidienne : réponses aux abonnés, modération des commentaires et messages privés. • Analyses et rapports mensuels simples pour suivre la croissance, l’engagement et proposer des pistes d’amélioration. Outils courants (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, Excel ou équivalent) pourront être utilisés ; je reste toutefois ouvert à tes suggestions si tu disposes d’une méthode ou d’un logiciel plus efficace. Livrables attendus : boîte mail organisée en continu, calendrier tenu à jour, feed Facebook/Instagram cohérent et dynamique, rapport synthétique des performances chaque fin de mois. La collaboration débute par une phase test de deux semaines afin de valider nos process puis pourra s’inscrire dans la durée si tout se passe bien.
