Virtual Admin Assistant
with excellent communication, writing / editing skills and customer communication experience

Established in 1999. Ancilla Corporation is a national executive search | staffing firm providing permanent placement, contract staffing and career coaching for senior management and technical level executives.
We're looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 10-20 hours per week, which can turn into full time permanent position with a long term career path including bonuses and increased compensation.
Looking for long term contractor that performs at a high level, to convert into a full time position within our Firm.
The work will include the following:
- Writing and Editing Tasks
- Coordinating Projects for clients
- Client outreach, communication, scheduling, and support
- Other administrative support tasks include assistant to Managing Partner
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar and Microsoft Office Suite. Overall strong computer skills
- Strong Writing & Editing Skills
- Project Management: detailed oriented to handle a task from beginning to end
- *Must have excellent English, ideally resides in North America. Job requires customer communication for US clientele with ability to make customer service phone calls for Partner.
- Must be customer service focused, positive / upbeat with desire to help people

- Coming from a professional services background
- Appointment setting and heavy customer follow up and interaction
